When looking at C1 rates, the average and total error counts are relative. In other words, don't wory too much about the numbers. they are usefull for comparisons, but have no real meaning in and of themselves. Obviously, a disc with 200,000 C1 count is "worse" than one with 2,000, but there's no practical difference between 2,000 and 5,000. I look more for a lower max value, and the curve of values on the graph.
