I haven’t been able to find the retail iHAS E anywhere? where’d you find it anywhere? I mean i can go grab the Asus rev. I but i’d prefer the E if its a pain to crossflash like the C and D’s are…

btw, any chance you could dump the firmware with dosflash/PortIO also?

Asus rev. I has different tray’s PCB, I guess crossflashing will not work.

I haven’t tried it.

Eventually, NE will carry it as an iHAS124, but no easy way to ID it except to hope a user will indicate it in a review.

Yes, a nearby store

Well i’m considering grabbing an ASUS Rev. I, and hopefully you can dump your EEPROM and firmware (portio/dosflash) and like the C and D revisions, I can get that crossflash working…If you do dump it let me know. Thanks.

I can manage to do it even portio/dosflash does not work.

Hmm that sucks, it worked for me on the C and D revisions, guess we’re out of luck on the E revisions…If anyone happens to find somewhere selling that will ship to north america, I’d like to know about it.

Thanks
