This drive/media/speed combination looks like a real winner. Looks like a recipe for success, until Philips gets bored with Infomedia and switches to something else ;).

So far so good with infomedia discs, i only need to get some more before philips goes to ritek or who knows what else.

Next few burns will be from SONY dvd+r dl made in India, lets see what the drive can do with this media.

SONY 8x
burn speed: 8x
Made in India

SONY 8x
burn speed: 6x
Made in India

Maxell printable 4x
burned at 12x
Made in Taiwan

Verbatim labled 6x BD-R (out of new labled 50pack #43838)
CMCMAGBA5
eHBU212 (ZL06)
burned at 6x (P-CAV)

Drive seems to have some issues, e.g. with dual layer discs, but writing quality looks good.

Same disc, tested with the eHBU212 itself.

Overall errors basically the same, but weird high spikes.
