I just posting my a update I found recently for the firmware on the DH-20A4H liteon drive firmware. Seems like both the Global and US firmware look like they match. But here are both links. I downloaded the Global and updated my firmware for my drive.

Do you have a special OP that can patch A1/A3/A4/A6/A8 drives?

Cant do that. Omnipatch hasnt been upgraded for the newer drives for a long time.
Sorry for my ignorance on this. I’ve been out of the Lite-On loop since the 16xx series. Thanks for the heads up!
what are wanting to do to the firmware. you can use mcse and flash with flash utility.
