Comments:

Disk 1

  • just as good as previous FW

Disk 2

  • Maxell branded R01 media
  • slightly worse than equivelent Memeorex

Conclusion:

  • same as VS03, speedcode for R01 is 06h, as opposed to 1Eh
  • Set VS03 R01 to x8 (1Eh)
  • ROM BitSet tool appears to work (bs_pack_lite-v120)
  • Read Hack tool appears to work (readhack-v101)
  • just as good as US0J, DRU700 VY02, VS01-CodeBurnFix-ROM-R1 and VS03-RH-BS-R01x8

Is “Edit Post” function broken or is it just this post?

  • need to update with new data

#3

I believe that the forum admins have set the edit function to be time limited. I found this in the forum FAQ when I could not edit posts.

"Can I edit my own posts?

If you have registered, you will be able to edit and delete your posts. Note that the administrator can disable this ability as he desires. Your ability to edit your posts may also be time-limited, depending on how the administrator has set up the forum."

BigJas,
Thanks for the feedback… the time-limit must be very short…
I can’t even edit post #2, which I did just a few mins ago…

Maybe I should drop a note to Admin…
