Sounds like the Plextor M3Pro to me. I wonder what Marvell controller they use?
It seems it’s a Marvell 88SS9174 Flash controller, so probably you are correct, Alan.
LiteOn’s current SSD models seem to be heavily geared to the OEM market, which explains why we haven’t seen much out of them in the retail world…much like folks forget they make power supplies (internal and external), among other things that slip my memory right now. I was surprised the first time I read a review of a computer packing a LiteOn SSD, thinking it was a mistake.
