I recorded a dvd with my NEC 3520A and ran the DVDInfoPro Pif test using the Lite-On 167T reader.... Here are the results....
Are these results good ?????
unfortunately DVD-ROM drives are completely inanccurate PI/PIF testers, those results mean nothing, if you have a DVD-RW drive capable of testing use that, if not the best test you can do is a Nero CD Speed Transfer rate test.
What does PI and PIF stand for anyway ????
Parity inner error and parity inner failure, i suggest using the search function if you want to know more.
