first you are going to want to remove the nero serial number… second what exactly are you asking? some info would be best:

  1. it appears that this works up to a point and then fails… is this the case
  2. does it happen on every disc?
  3. have you checked the NERO forum to see if this is covered there?
  4. what media are you using and does it happen with different media from different spindles?
  5. when did it start happening?

that would be a good start and if you can think of anything else please add that also

#3

Well, the error happen in every disc, and every system (I’v got two HD, one with W98 and the other with XP), and the problem start when I install the W2K (I remove it, and install the XP). The firmware was upgraded previous.
¿why you write “first you are going to want to remove the nero serial number”.

#4

well if you check your post was edited by one of the MODS and the NERO serial number removed so that enterprising thieves could not steal it.

still need answers to these questions

does it being to write and then fail or is it unable to even start writing.
have you tried media from a diffent pack or is this all from the same pack
have you searched the nero forum? my guess is that this is covered there.

to be honest i am leaning towards media at this time. you can check the media codes with tools from the TOOLS post at the top of this forum and post those codes and you will get feedback from someone as to the quality of the media
