Lite-On LDW-451S - burning OK or not?

I’m burning with Recordnow! 4.60 with PX Engine 507 at 2x speed.
The DVD’s are scanned with KProbe 1.1.29, but I don’t know what these parameters and numbers mean.
What do you think which burning app is better with Lite-on LDW 451S, the Recordnow 4.60 or the Nero 5.5.10.56?

…and what do you think is it worth modding my Lite-on 451S to 851S for better burning quality?

Regards!

PO Max: 24. Total: 625, Average 0.006

  1. Try not to post same post two times
  2. You should have read first “sticky” threads on top of this section of the forum
  3. If you used search function and/or read sticky threads, you should’ve found this post

This looks like a great scan (and you probably know it already because you followed my instructions above! ;)), and I’m shure that that PI/PO max of 144/24 is only one peak and does not repeat often?

edit: Uff, I skipped that “PI/PO Sum ECC: 1” thing (thanks Crockett!). Read thread linked above about Kprobe settings so your scans could be comparable to other posted on this forum.

Unfortunately Pi Sum 1 scans are not very comparable. Therefore its better to scan with PI/PO Sum ECC 8.
