well i have a pioneer 106 and wish they would support the drives they make like that… lite-on will be my next dvd writer

Yeah and on top of all that you get hacked firmwares, firmware mod tools and custom firmwares extending the drives capabilities. All compliments of Codeguys. :slight_smile: http://codeguys.rpc1.org/firmwares.html CG3B for the Lite-ON 832S would seem to be excellent.

I have a Lite-On 812S and have had absolutely no problems with it whatsoever. This is my first Lite-On and will definitely not be my last. While my drive may not have all of the “bells and whistles” of the later versions, it is a damn fine workhorse though.
