Hey everybody,

I’m on HP system, HP Pavilion a1630n Media Center, but I already formated it to Windows Vista Ultimate and everything was working fine until now… the dvd writer isn’t working properly anymore, I already checked HP’s official downloads page but nothing, there’s no driver yet for the writer, and it’s been like that for a long time.

I already read many posts on the forum about this specific driver but nothing related to Windows Vista, and I’d like to know if there’s a helping hand which could resolve this for me. I’ve tried many time and nothing yet…

Okay Michael, done that, how do I know if my writer is properly working without possibly losing a dvd?
