Hello,

current batch of discs i have are Disc Type DVD+R Media ID: RITEKR03 ridata branded sold as 4x. have atleast a 130 of them and my kprobe scans dont look good to me but they play fine in the dvd player and never had any issues reading the data off the disk. Curious if anyone has any write strategy suggestions etc.

this is a Kprobe scan from my 811 ritek r03 looks very bad but the cd speed scans are always very good

all the DVd,s play well even in my sons veryyyyy picky DVDplayer
i dont know what to believe i stick ,for now ,with the nero cdspeed scans

note :i did go back to the older firmware i have problems with the newer Above HS0E

Hello,

       Another scan this time using HS0K I got from omnipatcher site and added the recommened media changes from the site and added in faster 8x shift for +r and auto booktype setting. averages and numbers look better then scan with HS0R with only the changes the omniguys do.  :bow:

(this being the best scan I have had looks like its a keeper for this shite media)
