LightScribe Blu-Ray

I am thinking about buying a Blu-Ray internal drive for my Dell (SFF). Any advice for a lightscribe enabled drive?

Welcome to cdfreaks!

LG GGW-H20L Blu-ray burner / HD DVD reader, supports LightScribe.
Specs: http://us.lge.com/download/product/file/1000003671/h_ggwh20l_spec_sheet.pdf

You can buy this drive for $399 at Frys in store but I don’t think there are Frys at DC. You can wait for a while until they are at Frys.com website. Alternatively you can get it here: http://www.google.com/products?q=GGW-H20L&oe=UTF-8&scoring=p

If you don’t want the burner, you can get LG GGC-H20L Blu-ray/HD DVD reader for less, which also supports LightScribe.

Zevia will a Blu-ray LS disc fit in an older and or work with reg DVD LS drive? I’ve never seen a blank or LS Blu-ray disc :o

Hey Bob (you changed your username? :)). I haven’t seen any BD-R lightscribe media yet but they are exactly the same size with CD and DVD media. So this LG drive will be able to do LS on CD and DVD media for now.

there is no LS BD media

What’s with the name change?? Did you do something really bad and are trying to hide now???

And I haven’t seen any BR LS media either. Of course, my new toy only writes to DVD’s not Blu-ray discs, so, I haven’t really been looking.
