Just curious what “fast” f/w means versus original in the NEC table on Liggys website. Is there an advantage to this firmware versus the original released by say Mad Dog?

original firmware locks the speed of which you can read it to hd
And I always thought it just loaded the FW faster. Just kidding couldn’t help myself.
Seriously though if you download the FW the folder contains a readme file which explains the Rip-Lock.
