LH-20A1S Dead after overburning

Hi everyone,

I have LH-20A1S sata DVD writer. After overburning a CD(714MB) with Nero Express, Now the drive does not recognise any CD/ DVD -R RW etc.
The CD burnt out correctly but nothing is recognised after that.

Although the green indicator light would briefly blink on putting a CD/ DVD in the drive. But it would show no disc everytime.

What is the status of my drive?

Anyway to correct this.

Please help.

Power down, disconnect all the cables from the drive and hook them back up and see what happens.
