So I was trying to diagnose some issues I was having with my burner not functioning and was putzing around in the EEPROM tool, and tried to crossflash it. Nothing changed on the drive, so I assumed it had failed.
After I restarted my machine (I had to move the drive to a different SATA controller on my board), I have the "lovely" blinking green LED issue. The EEPROM Utility can no longer access the EEPROM of the drive, and I have doubts about MTKFlash working, since my drive only has a SATA connection.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this, short of replacing the drive? Any advice would be fantastic!
