Ok any advantage of a lg32x over a litey? Also, is it true for a litey to read and write cactus data that all it needs is a firmware change?
liteys are cheap and have many features…i dont know any advantage the LG’s
have over the liteys.
i recently got a 40125S[40x] litey in addition to my 24x litey…it works
great!(LG’s have been reported to not write emf bit patterns perfectly,
despite what it says on the elby site.)
The 40x litey would be a good choice —> it is the fastest burner around and
will be even faster when the new P-cav f/w is out.
I have no experience with LG so it’s hard for me to say. But I know for sure that the LiteOn is good but they will NOT read protected audio discs at all.
