If yes, after i crossflash with SB04, i only must flash it with a pached firmware? it’s a little hard for me, since i didn’t use optical drives in the last 5 years, so any step by step advice would be great.
thanks[/QUOTE]
Yes you can crossflash by simply flashing SB04.
Download a copy of SB4. Use 7-zip or WinRar to extract the *.bin file from the Samsung *.exe firmware update package that you just downloaded.
Use the Patch Utility to patch this *.bin file.
Download either the sfdnwin.exe or better still the newer tsdnwin.exe standalone flasher and run it in NOCHECK mode (this is important, because otherwise it won’t let you crossflash). What you need to do is to run ‘sfdnwin.exe -NOCHECK’ or run ‘tsdnwin.exe -NOCHECK’ from the command line/prompt. Obviously for this to work you need to set the correct patch to the folder where the flasher is.
If you see the NOCHECK message displayed when the standalone flasher opens then you’re ready to go. Just load the patched binary firmware, select your TS-H653B drive and then flash the firmware. That’s it … crossflash done and patched too, all in one go.
