The GH24 uses RENESAS R8J32040FPV2 chipset, same as GH22xS40/50, but has some changes in Drive’s tray.

Merge done, how does this drive preform with better media, if you have some and you can afford to waste them for testing, it would be great.

Usually the Ritek F1 is very good, but LG has a reputation of being a great burner with good media (TY/Verbatim) but ritek and cmc will do the job;).
