whats teh diffrent between

208 nok = GH20NS15.AUAR50B SATA Retail
224 nok = GH20NS10.AUAR10B SATA Retail
247 nok = GH20LS15.AUAR10B SecureDisk SATA Retail

i do think the numb3rs say firmware?

one has securedisk, the others dont, and my guess about the 15 and 10 it that one might have higher dual layer burning speed.

okey and another question is the drive good?
i will primary use Verbatim MCC004 media
i have a Optiarc AD-7170S am gonna replace with this for my primary burning
and use the nec for cd/dvd 1:1 copy :wink:

You have to look at the scans of MCC004, but i think that it will be ok with good quality media, like most of the new burners.

MCSE hack will enable fast ripping w/ this drive.

up to 14X+ is what i’ve seen w/ some of my rips! :slight_smile:

I just purchased this burner and waiting for it to arrive. Forgive my ignorance, but what does all these Nero tests mean? I do not know how to read them. Is it a good burner? Does all those tests indicate that? I will be using Sony DVD +R media, as I recieved (200) 2 for 1 at Costco. Do you know how well this burner burns with the Sony media? Thanks in advance.

ok, did you means that old benq drivers are better CD scanners ?

Is it a good burner? Does all those tests indicate that?

Don’t worry , it’s a wonderful driver.
