Hi,

Is there any LG original DVD RW flashing tool as mentioned in one of the thread in this forum. (e.g. Jex.exe, R1211, RPCRST.ZIP something like this)?

Where could I get that flashing utility? I hv already googled and used some file sharing networks but could not find LG DVD RW flashing tool.

Does vendor provides this utility? If yes, I hvn’t received it, can any1 pls upload it or mail me to rockysheddy@gmail.com if it against the forum rules to upload utilities.

Other dvd drives have their flashing tool e.g. Mtkflash, pflash etc…

actually I want to flash(region free) my LG GH22NP20 drive.

I hv read “Useful firmware links, a must read for everybody.” thread…browsed those link but couldn’t find any firmware or flashing utility for LG drives.

No. No manufacturer will provide any RPC1 firmware.

actually I want to flash(region free) my LG GH22NP20 drive.
Then please read the “Media Code SpeedEdit for LG burners” thread in the LG burners forum
