Good grief, another LG bluray burner? :eek: Seems to have gone from 30 -> 35 -> 38 relatively quick; probably more cost effective to develop new ones than support old ones.
There is the change that this is drive uses the same hardware, with the 30-35 drives, and simply change the name at the end. LG has been doing that for a long time.
I'm afraid I don't understand.
Do these drives use the same firmware?

I'm new to the Blu-ray burning. But it seems the LG and Pioneer are the best burners. So are these good burns? Also why no DL blu ray media tests?
Those are good burns except LG 6x BD-R SL. I will do BD-R DL tests later.
