LG 4160b and 4163b have both stopped burning DL Discs

Can any one please help me? i have an LG4160b and 4163b in 2 different pc’s both have been working fine until recently they won’t burn dl discs (infiniti & traxdata R+DL which worked before.) i use nero burning software. last try gave this error message.

The firmware of the 4163B doesn’t recognise those DL disks that’s why it fails most likely. Updating to A106 firmware won’t help here btw.

Verbatim 2.4x & 4x DL media is recognised and should work fine.

Of course having InCD installed is not helpful here either.

Thanks for the advice Tim.
Both these types of discs burnt before i upgraded to firmware A106 on the 4163 & A306 on 4120 Iv’e since gone back to A105 and A301 (not sure if you’re ment to go backwards but it hasn’t worked anyway.) Teach me to fix something that isn’t broke!

I’ll remove incd and try your recommended discs.
