let me sum this article up so others don’t waste time reading it “Blu-ray is still a new technology and naturally we can’t yet expect all the luxuries we currently enjoy with DVDs”

Mmmm agree, I would rather see blu-ray put back in the lab for more development. Better to get HD-DVD now and blu-ray in say 10 years time. Blu-ray could then have something like 100GB for a Single Side disc. Or better yeat, merge blu-ray technology with holographic media. HD-DVD is stilla natural development of the DVD technology. The extra space on blu-ray isn’t good enough. We need more, a lot more space.

Hrm, let me sum this up for people: THERE ARE NO HDDVD-R BURNERS FOR PC’S At least until NEC or Toshiba decide to get off their asses and release one. But that being the case currently, the only duplicator system POSSIBLE is that of BluRay.
