Is it just me or do these Chinese products never seem to go anywhere?
Luo is projecting a slow, but successful, start for the Ebox with an expectation of 1 million units to be sold annually by the time the console has been in production for three years. That's a not a real big estimate in a country with 1 billion people.
I think it's awesome and i hope somehow the device finds it way to other countries as well.
It's gonna need to establish a quality game and slight catalog on release do draw a demand for it. It will also need game companies like EA, Ubisoft, Activision, etc. to be able to easily port titles to it.
I think it will have moderate success in China and thats about it.
