Lenovo has been leading the PC sales game for a while, but I suspect those numbers are largely inflated by their Chinese presence. However, they've partnered with San Diego-based SweetLabs to offer their POKKI Start Menu Replacement product.
Lenovo decided that Microsoft's "listening to their customers" wasn't good enough with Win8.1's "smart tip" icon, and decided to try something to help their sales by giving customers a better option.
Interesting to note is that POKKI will include a direct access into SweetLabs' Apps Store.
Hook, line and sinker.
