Law professor takes aim at RIAA lawsuits

Interesting news…

I’m really curious to see how this turns out in the long run. I can only imagine how flabbergasted the judge was when dozens of people showed up to court without legal representation! :doh: :confused:

The RIAA will continue to carry out lawsuits and try to get their pay checks, of course, but I want to see if someone can actually try and prove their methods simply aren’t fair.

Hmm…

RANDOMOUS
We will have to see how it plays out. The recording
industry is very powerful ,and has a lot of very good
bought and paid for lawyers. I hope for the sake of the
little guy’s that the professor can win his argument.
ZAP.:rolleyes::frowning:

Considering they are on the loosing streaks so far the MN courts have struck down their latest extortion scheme. RIAA is trying to do what it can now in case the new president revamps the law against RIAA.
