Legitimate question eventhough I think it is FUNNY But it's not to be expected that everyone understands how burners work, so I'll go easy on you
My best advice to you is to come here and ask for advice once you feel you are getting rubbish information from sites that tell you your burner will explode because of kprobe scans As far as I know it is quite the opposite, it is shown in some cases, that drives NOT used for a long period of time die more prematurely.
Don't worry about it, you will probably have upgraded your drive before it reaches its target MTBF, and there again that is not a certainty to live by.
KPROBE does not make your drive "burn" again It is simply a function supported inside the chipset, that RETURNS error information back to your PC, that's all....... Unless you spend 15 hours a day running kprobe, 7 days a week I wouldn't worry.....
