The 4K sector size of Windows is irrelevant to an SSD, as they use 512K blocks, and 20MB/s 4K random performance is still 20 times more that the fastest HDD.
Also people seem to be getting hung up on 4K performance again. Having huge 4K performance is only useful if you can use that bandwidth, and only a server serving a huge amount of small files will benefit from huge 4K performance. 20MB/s 4K read bandwidth is a hell of a lot of 4K files in 1 second, and much more than most PC users will ever need, whereas sequential performance will always matter.
The real key to a really fast SSD is threaded performance, with a mixture of small random files and sequential files.
