Khypermedia Color CD-Rs: CMC or Prodisc?

As you know, the company most famous for making OEM color CD-Rs is Prodisc.

As you also know, the Khypermedia brand is most known for it’s association with lower quality CMC manufactured CD-Rs.

So the question is, what are these? CMC or Prodisc? Something else? Plasmon?

I suppose these could be CMC, since Memorex has the “Cool Colors” line of CD-Rs, and those are most likely CMC.

I thought Khypermedia had stopped selling CDs with colored substrates years ago? Nice if I’m wrong. Did you acquire those recently Negritude?

My guess is CMC MAG. I bought some Khypermedia discs like those many years back they are all CMC MAG.

Memorex used both CMC MAG and Prodisc for their Cool Colors CD range. And as you can guess IMO the latter were somewhat better quality.

No, I haven’t bought any yet, but I spied some on eBay. They were cheaper than the Prodisc color CD-Rs I’ve seen, so I was hoping these were also made by Prodisc.

Thanks.
