Just got a wanring from ISP. Will d/l only from sites like rapidshare/megaupload be ok?

Just received this email from my ISP. I’m only with that provider just over a week.

This sucks. I recently moved into a new building and this is the only provider.
If I’m cut off I’m without internet.

So supposing I stopped using bittorrent and just used file servers like rapidshare,megaupload, and megashares should I be ok?
