I look forward to the next instalment of this charade by ACS.
It appears on the face of it, and I could be wrong, that ACS may be attempting to defraud those they are pursuing.
If the Judge finally throws out the case/s I hope there will be either a Police investigation or at the very least by the organisation responsible for Solicitors discipline. We can only hope.

Andre Crossley, owner of ACS:Law, is supposed to be going in front of the Solicitor’s Regulatory Agency for a hearing sometime this year, although the date has not been set yet. I cannot wait to hear what the board has to say to this joker. There may very well be a disbarring in his future.

ACS:Law is a UK firm, something we’ve pointed out in several prior articles about them. I apologize for the oversight.

No worries!

Never saw any prior articles since I am rarely in this forum - for those like me absolutely clueless where it happened

Well, it was a “pay or else” scam. I guess some pissed off people called their bluff and are now looking pretty smart. Power to the people. P.S. I hope the get paid for every small detail that they have had to endure during the whole fiasco. I’d bill them for time talking with the reps, when they were trying to shake them down before “the trial.”
