Several journalists have spotted Windows XP computers during a tour on the latest British aircraft carrier, the HMS Queen Elizabeth. The ship from the Royal Navy costs around $4.5 billion and the usage of the unsupported Windows XP raises concerns about the safety of the ship.

I think Putin likes that idea…now he can remote launch really true attacks… lol

Of all the components on the ship, I would think computers (and the software that runs on them) would be one of the easiest things to upgrade once the ship is fully-constructed. So, for a 4.5 billion dollar ship, keeping it running with Windows XP probably the stupidest thing one cloud do (other than running something even older, like Windows 9x).
