To all members and guest affected by the Japan earthquake, my thoughts and prayers are with you, your families and your friends.

The images on TV are astonishing and quite disturbing. Hopefully most of you were outside of the major disaster zones.

We can only hope, this is really sad.

The ripple affect of this earthquake will be felt months for now.And we wish for the best for the Japan people affected.

Freezing weather within the next days could help cooling the problematic stuff, but cannot help the homeless and victims. :frowning:

The whole thing is just absolutely horrendous and my thoughts go out to all those affected. :frowning:

Like many people I watched this unfold on TV, and watched in horror at the devastation it caused.
Only last month we seen how Christchurch in New Zealand suffered a devastating quake, and now Japan has to suffer this.
It’s very very sad, and I count how lucky I am to not be part of this disaster.

As humans we think we have the power to shape our own destiny, and nothing can stand in our way. Nature on the other hand, knows better.

One can only hope that the death toll in Japan does not rise to much from the terrible loss already, and hope that these poor people left with nothing, can get their lives back together quickly.

I’ve been watching on NHK’s World Feed http://www.ustream.tv/channel/nhk-world-tv.

Japan jolted by new earthquakes as fears of radiation exposure take hold

It’s terrible enough that this happened, but the destructive information policy is really frustrating. TEPCO is fooling around and still hiding the truth before the worlds eyes.
