iTunes

Hey All,

I hope this is the right forum for this question.

I have recently started ripping my DVD collection to disk (full quality VOB/VIDEO_TS).

The problem I have now is that I would like to use iTunes to organize the library.

I have found options to use Windows Media Center to organize them, but as much as I resist iTunes is becoming the major media organizer on my PC.

Is there anything I can do to make this happen?

I don’t care if they play in some other program, but I would really like to find a way to organize them in iTunes (preferably without compressing them in any way).

Thanks,

Murphy

iTunes doesn’t handle DVD rips at all. It can only handle select movie formats, with select file extensions. I don’t see much of a way you can use iTunes to do the organization of your backed-up DVDs, sorry. :frowning:

Hmm,

Thanks for the reply.

Is there any way to encode the movies for iTunes using a lossless format?

What is everyone using for their libraries?

Thanks,
