Its possible to burn at slower speeds

Yesterday while i was putting some stuff in the attic i came across my old sega cd and i decided to play a little bit, but the console couldnt read the cd.:frowning:
So i tried it in the pc and the reader didnt respond either, at closer inspection i found a little black spot in the cd and asked a friend if it was possible to find a way to fix it.
He said the only way was to make a copy but it would have to burn at a slow speed since the sega cd is an old system that doenst work with a high speed recording and now i would appreciate your advice.

Just set the write speed in your burning software.

So burning speed is now irrelevant. Toss it.

If the PC can’t read it then how are you going to make a copy ? as was stated above just toss it as it is history now
