Microsoft has made it possible to download free apps from the Windows Store without using a Microsoft account. Other requirements to download apps without an account is that the app doesn’t have specific age restrictions and that Windows 10 update KB 3200970 is installed.

That sounds good, but it hardly makes up for Microsoft’s sins. Still, I wish I could do that with Google Play. But, that’s what the F-Droid is for (F-Droid is an unnofical software repository. If any of you Android users don’t like the apps on Google Play, you should totally look into F-Droid. Only free-as-in-freedom apps are hosted by F-Droid. Using F-Droid requires side-loading apps).

Hold your horses TSJ, all is not well in the land of fairytales. Firstly, if your machine has ever logged on before, you’re out of the loop, besides… It means only software without an age rating? I can actually go with the latter, I think it is important as we develop ever so slowly as human beings, but why not computers that would like to go anonymous?
