Well, if you want to extract, i.e. convert VCD .dat file into .MPG file, then ISOBuster definitely your choice. This method will also allow you to copy those so called non-copyable VCDs. Otherwise, CDMage is your choice. WinImage is okay, like ISOBuster - lacks the ability to open different image file formats.

Sorry, I meant the old ISOBuster. The new versions can open several file formats as mentioned above.
