Dutch internetters: they're watching you!!!

In the Netherlands providers have to have a black box installed. This makes it possible for the OM, police etc to monitor somebody's activities on the net. On the moment there is just 1 black box installed in the Netherlands so the number of traces is really small.

Because nowadays every provider is supposed to have a black box installed (well they don't have it yet but that won't take long) the number of traces will rise.

That's one bad thing. Another bad thing is that there is no limit to the number of traces. With phones there is a limit but there won't be one for the internet....

It's obvious they want to catch "criminals" this way. Only question is: what is a criminal? Every housewife that downloads a mp3 now and then? Or just the people they expect to be uploading childporn??

Taking all this into consideration... I'm really starting to hate this system!!!

I don't mind terrorists getting caught, but I do mind that everybody's watching me...

If anybody knows: will using a public proxy solve this problem? I hate this big-brother thing
