Is there any software that WRITES bin/cue for MAC OS X?

I am trying to back-up my audio CD collection. I read that Bin/Cue is a 1:1/bit:bit disc image format so I am assuming that archiving in this format will preserve the correct pauses between tracks etc. At any rate, I can’t find software that allows you to encode this format in Mac OS X. I have, and tried; Toast 8, Toast 9, Disco, and Burn to no avail.

The question is, is there a software for Mac OS X that can do this? If there is not, is there another way to encode my CD’s that will preserve the pauses between tracks and be lossless?
