I have a small program, I got this CD image, but I want to burn it on a DVD, is there a way to do it? I tried Nero and Alcohol, they don't all me to burn cd image on to DVD.
Just extract the contents of the image file using a program like Isobuster and burn the contents to DVD
I guess my question is this PS2 game I got is a DVD rip into CD format, my PS2 doesnt read CDR that is over 650MB+, so if I burn it onto a dvd will it boot?
I suggest you make a backup from your original DVD, which I assume you have (and this CD Rip is from the time before you got a DVD writer).
There are some topics on this that may help you out, don't know them myself, but a seach may be helpful here.
Yes. Use poweriso you can buy at poweriso.com open your cd image, click on burn, change media type to DVD, set burning speed to lowest possible setting to ensure good quality of data burning, then click burn! thats it. This has only been tested on images that can be opened by poweriso. There are some images that need to be opened by magiciso (magiciso.com) This program can also burn, but haven’t tried to burn cd image to dvd media yet.
ImgBurn will in read mode then use write mode. so long as the disc is not protected ImgBurn will read it.
Well given the fact that this thread is 4+years old, i suppose guox0032 has bought a PS3 by now
