Is there a way to backup Safedisc 2.51 with my Philips PCRW404?

Never had problems before, but now I have. It looks like CloneCD can’t copy MOHAA, Prisoner of War, Mafia etc, all Safedisc 2.51 protected games. Is there a workaround with my writer???

Well you can try any of the following:

  • Clonecd with AWS;
  • Patch a clonecd image with beta-blocker and burn without AWS;
  • Blindwrite with enhance weak sectors;
  • Cd-mate with SAM.
    However, there are no guarantees with your writer (not a 2 sheep efm burner) and, in fact, you’ll need to be lucky.
