Is there a location to download DVD neXt Copy Database Files

I am looking for Database files for the updater. Any locations to find them?

It’s built into the program, other than that there isn’t one like there use to be on dvdnextcopysupportforum.

I am new here so bear with me.
Not sure if I can ask But what happened
to the dvdnextcopysupportforum ??
I am having issues with there new update.

The owner has personal issues is all I know.

I have DVD next copy Nexttech V4
I have been trying to update for well over a week now.
I have sent them several messages.
I have 4 service ticket numbers
they have yet to get back to me.
Any suggestions??

the new version is 4.5.0.1
I go to there site to download the update and get the following message.

[B]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/B] If your current neXt Techâ„¢ version is earlier than V4.5.0.0, you will need a new Serial Number. Please submit a support ticket with the email or name you purchased neXt Techâ„¢ with, saying you need to replace your serial number.

I sent them all the info 4 times still no contact.

That bites I have had there product for years and years.
This is my first time having an issue.

Have you checked your support ticket yet? Unfortunately they are the only ones who can help with this matter

it says

Status- Pending / Operator- not assigned.

I found it in the FAQ’s on their website. Give it a try and see what happens.

I just did when you told me to now it shows assigned.
I am guessing this is a good thing.

More help then the DVD next COPY Support person.
I am all set just backed up expendables2
haven’t watched it yet.
But it says it was successful.
I popped it in my dvd player and it started to play.
Gonna watch the entire thing tonight to make sure.

O I am an avid dvdnextcopier been with them for YEARS
It makes it a little difficult when you have been with a forum for YEARS
and then you gotta go into a new playground.
So to speak. BUT it good to be a member hopefully other nextcopiers
will find there way here. The other
forum was a large one a lot of members.
I personally only went there when I had an issue.
Like this issue for instance.
I am going to prowl around this forum tomorrow.
I have been struggling with the program all day.
I think I have it fixed now.
