Will it be possible to continue writing on a DVD+R disk after having written a Video DVD compilation on it? I want to burn a Video DVD disk and add AVI films to it later.
I added files to a Video DVD compilation, but it was a DVD+RW disk and Ashampoo BS 6 Free was “Formatting DVD” every time I burned additional files. Though, it seemed not to burn again the existing data.

Short answer: No. You can copy the disk to the hard drive and re-author it to include more files, if you’d like.

PS: There is ‘multisession’ mode, but that doesn’t play on DVD players. Plus there are way too many other problems with MS that I doubt many would suggest you use it.
