Is 32kbs mp3 pants?

are 32kbs MP3s protected?
it may seem so dilettantish but please guide me because i’m not familiar with copyright law in multimedia industry and specific formats for this purpose.
any help and guidance will be appreciated.

Is there any standard for protecting MP3’s (if you mean technical protection).

Copyright protection can apply to anything, even, absurdly, to a particular length of silence.

Is it pants? - probably, though I’ve had some listenable webradio at 32k - low bitrates are usaully better handled with the FHG encoder than with LAME
