Invalid block address

[qanda]This thread is about the LG GH22L. Click here to see full specs[/qanda]I am running Ubuntu 7.10 and using Nero 3.0.2.1.
My Machine is a P4 core2duo 3.6mhz 4.0 gb ram with a LG CD/DVD supermulti.
Can anyone help shed some light on this problem[below]. Thank you.
When I try to burn an audio cd it will burn about 8 tracks and then quit giving me the following log output msg:

Sorry, no help here… but you are lucky, you just get that message burning a cd, I got it while burning a BLU RAY… 15 Euros gone to hell…
But I think it was my fault, I was in a hurry and maybe there was a mount issue or something.

You are using a rather old version of Nero Linux. The most actual one is 3.5.2.3, and it fixes some issues that causes an “Invalid Block Address” error with Ubuntu.
