Invalid Block Address - Pioneer DVD W/R

Hi Everyone
when I want to burn new DVD with nero 8, it fails at 1% with this error:
Invalid Block Address
(when i restart windows it will write a DVD without any problem)
I bought a new DVD R/W (a new one is SATA but the old one is IDE, Hard drive is also SATA) but it is still the same
then I install new applications for write DVD and Install a fresh windows XP (SP2 , SP3) but it wasn’t work
Please help me with this

Have you tried with other brand of DVDs?

Looks like it’s failing before it starts writing.
It’s probably buffered 1%.

As above.

What discs are you using. It seems to be identifying as moser baer india media, but it could be a fake MID. This is common practice for cheap/bad quality media.

As I thought like you I tried other brand Of DVDs (writing CD was fine)
but it didn’t work
When I pause or stop Kaspersky it works very well
it all depends on the activity that clocked by kaspersky. but kaspersky didn’t find any Virus…but I think there is something wrong

We already had such an issue recently here in the forum.
