Invalid Access To Memory Location

I have a Liteon Super Allwrite (Mdl SHM-165P6S) using Neo Express (OEM) under Win/XP SP2. I have previously been succesful in buring both data and image dvd’s until just now. About halfway through the burn process, I get a Burn Process Failed message. The last part of the Error Log reads:

Any ideas on what is happening or what is causing the problem and any potential fixes or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I have simillare problem tried changing reg values but no effect, then went to somthing i had used in the past - change read & record speeds. I found reducing the reed speed so I got a reliable immage, then i found it woud usually write without problem.
I have found with computers & there software it rarely dose what it says on the lable!

Try to restore your system (Windows) to little while back (before this problem started) reboot and try to burn again that might solve your problem.
