General rule:
PI should not exceed 280 errors max.
PO should not exceed 4 errors max.

So your scan is a very nice one. More information on interpreting these scans can be found in our Media Forum and in Interpreting PI/PO error scans. Welcome to the forums MaximRecoil.

Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for. So less is better? The numbers that you mention here:

General rule:
PI should not exceed 280 errors max.
PO should not exceed 4 errors max.

What do those mean exactly? 280 errors max per what? Is that a total count for the disc or per ECC block or what? Also, on my scan it showed an “average” of .52; what does that mean? Looking at the graph for PI it looks like the average would be closer to “2” or “3” rather than 1/2. Or is the PI graph representing something other than what the “average” of .52 is representing?

Per sample and both your PI max of 9 and average of .52 are extraordinarily low.
