Integral Neon Blue 32GB, are these results correct!?

I’ve just received my Integral Neon Blue 32GB, which I purchased from Amazon, for £11.76.

As with all new memory cards/flash drives that I receive, I put it through it’s paces and tested it for faults. One of the things I like to do, is run it past CrystalDiskMark x64; I thought I was being optimistic to expect the 80R, 20W on the pack, here’s what I got (see attachment).

Now okay, the 4k readings are fairly poor, but look at the headline 143.2R, and 21.70W, this is massively above the quoted specs… can this be right!? Have they quietly changed the chip supplier, or uprated them in some way? Either way, I’m pleased!:slight_smile:

Sure it can be right, my Lexar Triton blows that away, doubles it.

Not really sure what your point is, that drive is between 4-8 times the price, nor is it significantly underrated by the manufacturer!? I was only impressed because it managed far more that it claimed it would.

…and besides the Triton has attrotiuos 4k performace, not much better that the Integral actually; http://www.whoratesit.com/Lexar-JumpDrive-Triton-USB-30-32GB/Rating/1465 ! Infact it’s 4k read is pegged at worse than what my Integral managed…lol!

…No, if you really wanted a top all round performer, you’d have bought a Sandisk Extreme like myself, not only does it obliterate the Triton, costs about half as much too; I got mine for £23! http://www.whoratesit.com/SanDisk-Extreme-USB-30-32GB/Rating/1466

No its not 4x the price, I paid 29.00USD for the 32gb model on Amazon sale. You are correct about the 4K write on the Triton but the Seq. Reads and writes are very good. I am very satisfied for 29USD.

That’s a good price I have to say; everything is too pricey here in the UK! Does that also include, the sales tax you have to add on, if so, that’s a bona fide bargain?

No sales tax here when you buy on the internet. But like I said its a good price for what I got and your drive is great for what you got. I am not surprised at all. In essence I paid about 11.00 USD more than you for my drive. But your drive is awesome for what equates to be about 18 USD ( I think).:wink:
